We're supporting a global organisation looking for a Senior Salesforce Coordinator to take ownership of a multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with strong Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud expertise who can lead teams, manage partners, and drive CRM excellence across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of the Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud)
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of Salesforce Consultants
* Translate business requirements into scalable CRM and Marketing Cloud solutions
* Oversee integrations, release management, and continuous improvement
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners
* Ensure best practices, governance, and high-quality execution across all CRM initiatives
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience with Salesforce Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud
* Proven background leading implementations and coordinating external partners
* Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
* Experience with CRM, cloud technologies, and DevOps/Salesforce release processes
* Ability to work onsite in Lisbon 3 days per week (Tue-Thu)
* Fluency in Portuguese & English
