My client, a leading education provider, is about to embark on an excitingSalesforce Education Cloud implementationand is seeking a skilledProduct Ownerto guide the program from vision to execution.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of student engagement, admissions, and campus services with Salesforce at the core.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as theproduct championfor Salesforce Education Cloud, ensuring alignment between institutional goals and technical delivery.
Own and prioritise theproduct backlog, balancing student, faculty, and administrative needs.
Partner with stakeholders across admissions, student services, and IT to defineclear requirements and user stories.
Guide delivery teams on functionality spanning thestudent lifecyclefrom recruitment and enrolment to retention and alumni engagement.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and deliver measurable ROI.
Driveadoption and continuous improvementof Education Cloud across the institution.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as aProduct Ownerwith Salesforce (Education Cloud experience strongly preferred)
Strong background inrequirement gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience in theeducation sector(student systems, admissions, campus operations) is a major plus.
Salesforce certifications desirable, especially inEducation Cloud.
Fluent inEnglish and Portuguese
