About the Role:
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable infrastructure to deliver fast and reliable performance worldwide.
* Collaborate with product and design teams to ship impactful features.
* Maintain high-quality code through reviews, refactoring, and enforcing best practices.
* Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience building production React Native applications with real users.
* Deep understanding of backend performance and optimization.
* Creativity, strong design sense, and passion for building seamless mobile experiences.
* Experience scaling infrastructure, including databases (Postgres), hosting, and networking.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bonus Skills:
* Experience with Ethereum development.
* Familiarity with Next.js and React for web.
* Native mobile development experience (Swift for iOS or Kotlin for Android).
* Track record of technical leadership or mentorship.
* Contributions to open-source projects.
