ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, secure, and improve management support reports and financial performance information of each production line to provide timely and accurate financial information and analysis.Ensure financial information in commercial quotation processes to support the sustainability of the business in the short, medium, and long term.Evaluate, update, and manage cost systems.Use financial data and cost reporting per production line to work with Product Line Managers, achieving desired financial performance and participating in resource optimization programs.Ensure that all financial reporting platforms provide accurate, timely, and meaningful data to support management decision‐making.Prepare business cases for future llaborate with the commercial team to develop responses that support long‐term growth and sustainability.Report timely on business trends affecting performance, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and other financial reports.Act as a liaison between the financial department, purchasing, logistics, commercial, and manufacturing during financial reporting processes.Support the maintenance of the existing internal control system (SOX) and procedures related to cost and inventory systems.Create reports to support decision‐making and investment in production llaborate directly with other departments.Serve as an integral member of the energy management team, ensuring the EMS remains adequate and meets ply with the organization's rules and internal regulations, including the Code of Ethics, environmental, energy‐efficiency, health, safety, quality, and productivity standards.Perform other tasks not listed in the job description when required for service needs or convenience.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, or related fields.Minimum of 3 years of related business experience, preferably in the automotive industry.Experience in the automotive industry or related areas is preferred.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).Knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, strategic planning, cost estimation, USGAAP, and internal controls is valuable.Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).Borg Warner is an equal employment opportunity employer; all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
