IT Solutions Consultant Job Description

This position focuses on developing, implementing, and optimizing the HR IT landscape and services. You will support the SAP SuccessFactors suite and platform management.
Main tasks include:
* Managing the SuccessFactors Platform, daily operations, performance, and reliability;
* Supporting SF Module owners and driving enhancements, ensuring governance;
* Overseeing SF Tenants, handling provisioning, system refreshes, tenant copies, and release management;
* Cordinating with Providers, acting as the main contact for SAP and external service partners;
* Ensuring Data Integration, collaborating with Master Data and Integration teams for seamless processes;
* Leading Projects, driving module rollouts and platform improvements with internal and external stakeholders;
* Driving Continuous Improvement, monitoring feedback, implementing updates, and ensuring platform alignment with business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Academic degree in Information Technology, HR, Business Administration, or related field;
* 3 years of experience in IT service management, HRIS systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors suite; knowledge or experience in application integration is an advantage;
* Advanced knowledge of integrated global IT landscapes;
* Project management skills;
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
* Intercultural sensitivity;
* Independent, structured work method;
* Proficient English language skills.
