We're looking for a IT Project Manager to lead and oversee the development of technology projects built on a modern microservices-based architecture, with Angular on the frontend and Node.js/NestJS on the backend.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing the planning, execution, and monitoring of project phases
* Coordinating frontend and backend development teams
* Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and technical requirements
* Facilitating communication between technical teams, management, and stakeholders
* Supporting the implementation of automated testing and technical documentation
* Promoting agile methodologies and continuous improvement across projects
What You'll Need
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
* 3+ years of experience in IT project management
* Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
* Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
* Experience managing integration projects is a strong plus
* Background in the Telecommunications industry is highly valued
* Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
* Ability to adapt, prioritize, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset
