We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Front Desk Professional to join our team. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Your key tasks will include:
* Welcoming and assisting guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Building strong relationships with residents and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service and support.
* Maintaining accurate records and documents, processing payments and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth operation and effective communication.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for:
* Safeguarding building security and maintaining a safe environment for all guests and staff.
* Receiving and distributing mail and parcels, as well as processing requests related to tenancy and property viewing.
