Job Description
Responsibilities - your mission

Position Summary: The Equipment Supply Officer ensures the fulfillment of FAL, Pre-FAL, and integrators' component needs to prevent production planning disruptions, providing timely updates on delivery status to internal stakeholders, following Airbus's Supply Management procedures.
Essential Functions
- Forecasting activities
- Placement and follow-up of purchase orders
- Communication with suppliers and internal teams (supply chain quality, engineering, version managers, buyers, CFIs, logistics coordinators, program representatives, warehouse operators)
- Support NPI introduction with MFT / support operational actions (QSR, retrofit plan, etc.)
- Manage and monitor rework POs with suppliers
- Manage strategic buffers to maintain appropriate coverage levels for production protection
- Address recurring issues through Practical Problem Solving
- Participate in performance review meetings and supplier discussions
- Attend internal team meetings
- Reporting and data analysis activities
- Inventory management
- Use of Airbus ERP System (SAP PDA/PGI/PEA)
- Maintain accurate Master Data
- Utilize other specific tools as required
Additional Responsibilities
- Contribute to improvement projects
- Participate in missing parts meetings
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Supply Chain, Quality, or Procurement, including Process management
- Strong communication and change management skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to prioritize emergencies
- Digital literacy
- Willingness to learn new tools and embrace continuous improvement
- Degree in Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally
- Rigorous and focused work approach
