Lead User Experience Designer & Researcher
In this position, you will be responsible for developing a user research strategy and translating insights into effective design solutions.
* You will conduct generative research, create prototypes, and refine designs based on findings.
* You will facilitate ideation sessions, usability testing, and design critiques to ensure high-quality outcomes.
* You will educate designers on conducting research and adhering to best practices in user experience design.
Required qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or equivalent field of study.
* At least 6 years of combined experience in UX Design and UX Research.
