Job Description:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and excellence at our organization. You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying complex software applications, and mentoring junior developers.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Your expertise will enable the development of cutting-edge software that drives business growth and improves customer experiences.
Your responsibilities will include providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, taking ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment, and managing software delivery scope, risk, and timeline.
You will also contribute to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technology, develop innovative solutions using latest technologies, and define and implement robust software architectures on the cloud, AWS preferred.
Additionally, you will conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency to standard processes, create and maintain documentation on software architecture, design, deployment, disaster recovery, and operations, and identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
Furthermore, you will stay updated with the latest trends and advancements, work closely with product team, business team, and other partners, and collaborate across continents while working in nimble, high-impact teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, and engineering preferred, other Engineering field is considered.
* Minimum +3 years of software development experience.
* Cloud Computing certificate preferred.
* Fluency in English.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
