Description
* Define and implement the human resources strategy in alignment with the company's overall strategy;
* Coordinate and supervise payroll processing and administrative personnel management, ensuring compliance with labour, tax and social security legislation;
* Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with production and organisational needs;
* Develop and monitor training plans, skills development programmes and performance assessment processes;
* Define and manage compensation and benefits policies, promoting internal equity and external competitiveness;
* Lead labour relations and conduct negotiations with unions and workers' committees, ensuring social dialogue and compliance with collective agreements;
* Support organisational change management, restructuring processes and continuous improvement projects;
* Foster a culture of safety, quality, innovation and social responsibility;
* Ensure effective internal communication and alignment between management and employees;
* Monitor HR performance indicators and propose optimisation measures.
Profile
* University degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Law, Organisational Psychology or a similar field;
* A minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in HR leadership roles, ideally within the automotive or industrial sector;
* Proven experience in union negotiations and the management of complex labour relations;
* In-depth knowledge of Portuguese labour legislation and people management practices;
* Experience in payroll processing and administrative personnel management;
* Solid knowledge of the main requirements of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards, widely applied in the automotive and environmental sectors;
* Fluency in English.
