Your future project: join our Spanish + Portuguese Customer Support team.
Our client is a global leader in beauty and cosmetics, known for its innovative products and commitment to sustainability.
As a customer service representative in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Provide customer support (B2B), processing of inquiries regarding the product catalog (luxury products) within the specified, defined guidelines/goals
2. Providing information on the delivery status of orders
3. Entering and accepting orders (mail, Excel, SAP)
4. Processing complaints
5. Maintaining the accuracy and security of customer information in the database
6. Forwarding non-standardized problem cases to other functionaries
7. Documenting any queries in the system
8. Researching information and resolving issues using available resources
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
9. Native or proficient level of Spanish (at least C1)
10. Intermediate level of Portuguese (B1)
11. High level of verbal and written communication skills
12. Background in customer experience within the Spanish market is required. Familiarity with local practices and regulations is essential for this role
13. Motivated, empathetic and enthusiastic personality
14. High level of counselling skills
15. Strong team-orientation and high service orientation
16. Very good skills and experience in the area of business customer service (desirable)
17. PC/Outlook/Internet skills
18. SAP knowledge is an advantage
19. Pro-activity, as well as the ability to organize and plan oneself
20. Ability to prioritize and make decisions
21. Stress resistance, flexibility and resilience
22. Quick comprehension and the ability to implement newly learnt skills quickly
23. Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
24. Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site work)
