About Us
Our team is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented content moderator to join our ranks. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality of user-generated content on our platform.
Your primary responsibility will be to review and remove inappropriate and harmful content before it reaches users. This is a very detail-oriented role that requires stress resistance and concentration.
About You
To succeed in this position, you should have excellent analytical skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also be fluent in English and Portuguese and have a good understanding of computer handling skills.
We are looking for someone who can make fact-based decisions quickly and accurately. If you have any experience in customer care, that's a plus but not required. Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce and live chat services is also an advantage.
