As a marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns on the European market.
Influencer Strategy & Execution:
* Develop, manage, and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with business goals (awareness, engagement, lead generation, sales, etc.).
* Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators across social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Campaign Development:
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences.
* Support strategic paid/earned campaigns from negotiations to execution, ensuring messaging, content, and timeline is aligned.
* Coordinate influencer-generated content that aligns with brand messaging, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Compose creative briefs for the campaigns on Social Media.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
* Monitor campaign KPIs and objectives such as reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI.
* Analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and provide regular reporting to stakeholders with insights and recommendations for future improvement.
Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis:
* Stay up-to-date with social media and influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
* Conduct competitor research and analysis to inform influencer strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Compliance & Contracts:
* Ensure all influencer collaborations comply with FTC regulations, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.
* Manage contracts, deliverables, and timelines to ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns.
