We design, test, and optimize high-converting presell pages, offer pages, and checkout flows.
Work closely with growth managers and creative teams to transform insights into designs improving conversion rate, average order value, and revenue per session.

* A creative thinker who can design for direct response advertising and motivate action.
* A proven track record designing for DTC brands and improving revenue/session through A/B testing and optimization.
* Highly skilled in Figma and Photoshop, delivering polished, developer-ready assets.
* Ambitious and collaborative, working with marketers, copywriters, and developers to build scalable funnels.
* Curious, data-driven, and eager to optimize every detail for maximum performance.
Core Skills & Experience
* Expert in Figma and Photoshop, some knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive layouts, and design systems.
* Proven record of increasing conversion rates and revenue per session with examples of successful tests.
* Solid grasp of UX best practices, trust signals, persuasion principles, and behavioral psychology driving conversions and increases in AOV.
* Ability to clearly present hypotheses, explain design choices, and share learnings with stakeholders.
* A strong portfolio of ecommerce presell pages, offer pages, and checkout flows.
* 2–5 years working in ecommerce or for performance marketing agencies, comfortable with high-traffic sites, subscription models, and mobile/desktop funnels.
* Data-driven, detail-oriented, curious, and proactive, someone who loves testing, iterating, and moving fast while keeping empathy for the customer.
