Your new role:
Provide initial technical support and troubleshoot incidents at the first point of contact.
Resolve issues effectively using knowledge bases and standard operating procedures.
Respond to customer inquiries, clarifying issues and gathering relevant information.
Advise customers on standard services and service catalog offerings.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents within defined service level targets.
Apply problem-solving techniques to identify underlying issues and contribute to problem management.
What you need to be successful:
2-3 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role.
Fluent in both English and Dutch (speaking and writing).
Experience with Windows Server environments.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
