We're looking for an
AI Researcher
to join our team and work on the development of
next-generation AI architectures
. If you're curious, love to experiment, and know how to turn ideas into real-world solutions, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
* Design and test
new AI architectures
.
* Develop
complex workflows that connect multiple models
, e.g.:
* → transcription → generation → response → feedback.
* Structure experiments with clear methods and evaluation frameworks.
* Implement integrations using
Model Context Protocol (MCP)
or other advanced techniques.
* Explore
prompt engineering
strategies in a systematic way.
* Collaborate with engineering and product teams to
bring prototypes to production
.
Tech Stack:
* Python
, including asynchronous programming (multiple concurrent flows).
* Hugging Face
(Transformers / Datasets),
Scikit-learn
.
* LLM APIs
(OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent).
* LangChain

LangSmith

* Tavily
or similar platforms enabling LLM-based web navigation.
* Pydantic
or
JSON Schema
for structured outputs.
* Docker
and containerization methods.
* Weights & Biases
or
MLflow
for experimentation and tracking.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong experience in
Python
and working with
multimodal models / LLMs
.
* Ability to
structure complex workflows
and think at a systems level.
* Knowledge of
real-time systems
.
* Master's or Ph.D.
in Data Science, AI, or a related field.
* Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to have:
* Publications in AI journals or conferences.
* Relevant open-source contributions.
* Experience in applied research environments or deep tech startups.
