Hospitality Asset Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a Hospitality Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the financial performance of our hospitality assets, including hotels, golf courses and equestrian centers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed financial models for individual hotel assets and the consolidated portfolio, including P&L, cash flow and IRR analysis.
* Analyze operating performance and forecast scenarios for existing assets, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance operational and financial outcomes.
* Evaluate returns on capital investments, renovations and repositionings.
* Support regular performance reviews of owned and managed assets, working closely with operations, finance and commercial teams.
* Track and benchmark key KPIs against budget and comp set.
* Identify underperforming assets and contribute to strategic recovery plans.
* Assist in the preparation of annual asset plans and long-term value-enhancement strategies.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field. A master's degree is desirable. You will also require at least 2 years of experience in consulting, private equity or investment banking, preferably with exposure to hospitality or real estate.
