Objective:
Manage shipments, supplies, and logistics operations to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the logistics team (1 direct report: Warehouse Supervisor; the rest are indirect reports).
• Manage shipments, inventory, packaging, and transportation.
• Ensure customer requirements and delivery deadlines are met.
• Monitor and report logistics performance.
• Maintain workplace safety, order, and compliance.
Requirements:
• Higher education degree.
• 2+ years of logistics and team management experience in the automotive industry.
• SAP knowledge/experience
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Strong organization, teamwork, decision-making, and leadership skills.
