We're seeking an experienced sales strategist to develop and execute a comprehensive business growth plan. This will involve creating and implementing effective sales strategies, expanding our reach and strengthening client relationships.
This is a rare opportunity to build a business development department from the ground up, working closely with industry experts. Over time, you will gain and train sales professionals, while actively seeking out other business opportunities to boost revenue and differentiate us on the market.
As a full-time, fully remote position, you'll work from the comfort of your own home and be responsible for:
* Developing and executing a business growth strategy
* Setting up, optimizing, and maintaining a CRM system
* Reviewing sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
* Nurturing and growing relationships with clients and prospects
* Providing continuous, constructive feedback to key stakeholders
* Using financial techniques to improve revenue
* Monitoring and reporting on sales progress to ensure corporate goals are being met
* Tracking all business-related invoices
* Training and overseeing the work of sales professionals
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A proven record of business and sales growth
* Experience in customer service, marketing, or sales-related fields
* Experience specifically in SEO, Digital Marketing, and/or Web Development is a plus
* Experience in managing sales or marketing teams
* Educational background in business, marketing, or finance is desirable
