Reporting to the Procurement Processes & Improvement Manager, the Procurement Trainee has the mission of overseeing the management of materials sourced from customer-designated suppliers.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with customer-directed suppliers to ensure compliance with delivery schedules, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
* Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers and the internal stakeholders.
* Monitor and is responsible for feeding ERP with prices and updating them whenever needed.
* Generate and deliver reports on supplier performance, material costs, and delivery accuracy to stakeholders.
* Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
* Work along with other departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Management or similar;
• Good communication skills, with a strong team player profile;
• Proactivity and willingness to learn;
• Fluency in English;
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
