Körber AG is the holding company of the Körber Group.Your role in our Team As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the implementation and day-to-day leadership of a professional maintenance team associated with efficient and high-performing automated storage.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the planned work of employees within the assigned area, ensuring full compliance with the defined RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement).
Monitor project progress, report unforeseen situations, and issue detailed progress and incident reports, including the identification of any electrical or mechanical issues arising from installations or subcontractor activities.Verify that all required mechanical and/or electrical tests are properly executed, documented on time, and submitted to the relevant departments.Update (mark-up) all mechanical/electrical/automation drawings with site modifications and ensure their timely return to the respective design engineers.Support the Site Manager and H&S Advisor in promoting and ensuring safe working practices, contributing actively to the achievement of zero accidents on site.Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships, both internally and externally, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.Track project costs, timelines, and resources, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions when necessary.Promote continuous improvement, regularly re-evaluating processes, work methods, and opportunities for optimization.ProfileHigh school degree and/or technical–vocational qualification in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in industrial installations, logistics, manufacturing, or construction environments.Solid knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical installations;
