We are looking for a Tech Lead (JavaScript) to work in Braga (Hybrid).
Requirements
* Lead by example with 6+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development, demonstrating deep technical expertise and mentoring capabilities;
* Apply 3+ years of proven experience as a Tech Lead, guiding engineering teams through architectural decisions and delivery execution;
* Architect and maintain scalable backend services serverless technologies, ensuring performance and reliability;
* Experience with Kubernetes;
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Node.js, leveraging both JavaScript and TypeScript to support maintainability and team collaboration;
* Design and evolve RESTful APIs and microservices, aligning with best practices for modularity and scalability;
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and deliver impactful features that meet business goals;
* Code quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and continuous improvement of development standards;
* Monitor and optimize application performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements in scalability and reliability;
* Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.
Nice To Have
* Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Next.js to support full-stack initiatives;
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) for streamlined deployment and automation;
* Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform to support scalable and maintainable cloud infrastructure;
* Cloud experience (GCP/AWS)
