We have roles across our Engineering and Delivery teams, but the programme will give you more than that. What You'll Be Doing Our 2‐year graduate programme will help you start your journey in the world of Commerce. We will help you learn and develop the right skills and knowledge to succeed in whatever area of the business you work in. The programme will help you develop your career in the direction that you want it to go, whether that is to become the best tech person in the business or a future leader of projects and teams. You will be part of an amazing group of graduates. The programme includes lots of training—from industry‐recognised professional qualifications to softer business skills and bootcamps—to help you understand our wider business and prepare for the ride. You will get real on‐the‐job experience, working with our amazing teams and clients. The main thing is you won't be on this journey alone; we all learn, share and support each other. What We Want From You While a science or engineering background is great, your love of Commerce and you as a person are the most important. You need to take ownership of your work and show initiative and drive to resolve problems. Your work may be stressful but also fun. You need to be able to work with a team and adapt as projects change. We want our graduates to become integral to the teams they work in and to challenge us to do better for our clients. We are recruiting across three business streams and will help you find the perfect fit. The Streams Are Engineering – Our Engineering team delivers quality websites and apps for clients. You will be placed in an area that matches your preference, technical aptitude and soft skills. Development – If you are an aspiring back‐end or front‐end developer and have some level of experience with coding/computing (either from education or self‐learning), this route is for you. Testing – In a testing role you will be responsible for quality assurance and all aspects of testing to ensure there are no faults in our designs. We don't have specific experience requirements; just a drive to make things perfect. Project Management / Business Analysis and Consulting – This team is at the heart of understanding client needs and delivering solutions. You will spend time as a business analyst, gather client requirements, analyse business needs and improve processes. You will also learn project management and may explore consulting.
