* Implement and support Vidinet MAM projects, delivering seamless integration and scalability.
* Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and specify system needs.
* Develop and maintain test environments, ensuring efficient project delivery.
* Integrate third-party systems via RESTful APIs, driving innovation and efficiency.
* Support GoLive activities and perform system testing, guaranteeing successful client outcomes.
* Provide level 2 and 3 support, including issue analysis, updates, and troubleshooting.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring knowledge sharing and process improvement.
* Contribute to process enhancements for project delivery and support, driving continuous improvement.
