Job Description:
The Employment Processing Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of associate data within our organization. This involves maintaining accurate department reports and associate data in our operating system and electronic files.
Responsibilities:
* Conducts new hire orientation in-person and remotely to ensure it meets company requirements and applicable state/federal laws.
* Serves as the first point of contact for associates with regards to questions regarding benefits, PTO, or other inquiries.
* Tracks associate attendance by extracting data from our timekeeping system, verifying accuracy with management, entering verified data into our HR database, preparing attendance counseling sheets, obtaining associates' supervisor and appropriate HR representatives' signatures, and filing in the associates' personnel file.
* Coordinates with the Staffing Recruiter/Interviewer to ensure that all new hire paperwork is complete for new hire orientation.
* Enters accurate termination details into the HR database.
* Ensures all data processes in the Company Hiring Manual are implemented and followed.
* Ensure all new hire paperwork requirements are consistently met.
* Follows established retention policies and performs audits to ensure data integrity reporting audit results to management.
* Ensures all personnel activity of an associate is entered into the HR database.
* Performs regular audits.
* Utilizes all HR reporting tools, including manpower, headcount, and other required reports, to perform audits and generate reports.
* Makes recommendations to improve processes and efficiencies.
* Assists with special projects or implementation of improvements or new processes.
Requirements:
High school graduate. 3-5 years relevant work experience in an office management, employee data, or other HR position, OR an AA degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills. Requires knowledge of and a commitment to team performance and strong team player. Must be able to multi-task and organize multiple projects and complete them on schedule. Strong systems aptitude and must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Benefits:
This position has a target wage of $26.00 per hour, based on shift, experience, and qualifications, with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.

Work Environment:
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies, and equipment.
When in a plant environment: Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.
May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity. May handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db.
May be exposed to all chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facility.
Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the company. May need to climb ladders.
