The SAP PP Consultant will play a key role in collaborating on DT/IT Production Planning projects and supporting the rollout of the Group Template model across various subsidiaries.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate in DT/IT Production projectsParticipate, as a member of the SAP PP team, in the rollout projects of the Roca Group Template model in the different subsidiariesLeading and supporting Shop Floor Control initiatives in the team, including maintenance of master data activitiesEnhance and improve the Manufacturing Roca Group Solution by participating in S4 Hana PP projects implementationCoordinate external consultants in the above-mentioned areas when there is participation of direct consulting servicesKey TasksAct as an internal consultant of production applications (SAP PP)Ensure service in the support activities for delivered projectsPresent the Roca Production module to different stakeholders when required (Planning Directors, Key users, other DT/IT Teams)Perform GAP fit analysis in the different rollouts where participatesDrive Unit Test and Integration Tests.Drive high-quality Key-User training in order that Key-Users will pass the FUSION PP certification examDefine and execute cutover phase and HypercareEnsure timely execution of projects with quality considerations-
Ensure that FUSION documentation is up to date: Production Planning Model presentation, user guides, test scripts, functional designs and certification examsConduct the Knowledge Transfer (KT) to support team with prepared and high-quality documentation for Production Planning projects executedDeliver small-scale changes/enhancements and improvements to the different solutions under the Production scope.Required SkillsMinimum 5 years' experience as an SAP PP consultant.Technical understanding of relevant applications including configuration, customization, administration, interfaces, etc.Experience in delivering solutions with near and offshore services.Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and best practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Resilient, committed, proactive and problem solver oriented.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.Good understanding of both written and spoken English.Preferred RequirementsExperience in applications SAP PP solutionSAP certification in Production & PlanningOpportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team working on impactful projects.
