We are looking for a Customer Support & Sales Agent (Italian Speaker) to join our team remotely from anywhere in Portugal. Your Mission: Your main goal is to deliver a premium customer experience while driving sales. You will handle inbound customer contacts to identify their needs, recommend the best solutions, and maximize conversion, average order value, and accessory/service attachments. Keep customer satisfaction as your absolute main objective. Inform customers about the company's products and services, highlighting their advantages. Handle objections and close sales confidently. What We Are Looking For: Language Skills: Fluent in Italian (Native or near-native C2) + Good command of English (Minimum B2). Previous experience in sales, ideally within a contact center environment. Experience in consumer electronics or technology retail is highly valued! Proven ability to identify customer needs, recommend complete solutions, and close sales. Strong orientation towards KPIs (client satisfaction, close rate, attach rate, and quality). Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and structured call control. Ability to navigate multiple systems, document accurately, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Curious by nature, eager to learn, and willing to share your knowledge with the team.
