Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Senior Accountant in bookkeeping and monthly closing activitiesManage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate recordsHandle expense reports and bank reconciliationsAssist with payroll administration and coordination with external providersMaintain accurate and organized financial documentationContribute to process improvements and help ensure compliance with internal controlsProvide general administrative support to the finance department (e.g. document management, supplier onboarding, coordination with other departments)Assist with VAT-related tasks, including correct use of VAT codes and basic reverse-charge checks for international invoicesPrepare basic balance-sheet reconciliations (e.g. VAT, AP/AR aging, payroll-related accounts) under the guidance of the Senior AccountantAssist with intercompany invoice checks and help ensure correct subsidiary and tax treatmentHelp maintain accurate vendor and employee master data in the ERP system Your Profile2–5 years of experience in a finance or accounting roleEducational background in finance, accounting, or business administrationExperience with NetSuite or another ERP system is a strong advantageSkilled in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with modern digital toolsFluent in English (additional European languages are an asset)Meticulous, proactive, and reliable — with a natural drive for accuracy and improvementDiscreet and professional when handling sensitive information Why Join Redslim?
