What you will do Provide direct Personal Assistant support to senior management, including diary management, meetings, travel arrangements and day-to-day coordination Act as a key support partner to leadership, ensuring priorities are well organised and followed up Support in collaboration with the People team Contribute to internal communication and employee experience initiatives Manage office administration and ensure smooth operational flow across the business Prepare presentations, reports and executive-level documentation Use digital tools and AI to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and support smarter ways of working Liaise with international teams and different departments across the organisation What we are looking for Strong organisational and execution skills Fluent in English High digital agility Good knowledge of AI and modern productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Notion, automations, etc.) Hands-on mindset and proactive attitude Fast learner with adaptability Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with different stakeholders Energetic, dynamic and growth-oriented profile Comfortable working in a fast-paced multinational environment Bonus points if you have Previous experience in assistant, office support or HR roles.
